All of our valuations are conducted using a Vanta X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) Analyser. Our XRF testing is 100% non-destructive. The piece remains in its original, untouched condition. We do not use corrosive acid tests or scraping methods that will damage or mark your jewellery. (unless unconclusive XRF result with your permission)
Your jewellery is tested right in front of you, and the XRF screen clearly shows the exact purity percentage of the gold, silver, and any other metals present in the alloy. We use this direct, non-negotiable reading to calculate your guaranteed cash price based on the live market rate.
